
TRAINING PROGRAM
The Leadership training program is a 12 to 24 months, two hours per month program designed to develop present and future leaders. The design of the program is to help improve interpersonal skills that many managers and supervisors may not have. The 6-12 month duration reinforces learning principles that cannot be obtained in a marathon session. Sessions include interaction with participants through role play and group discussions.
